Bring five (5) items with you to your Unit Transition Coordinator
Your Unit Transition Coordinator will sign you up for TRS via the CRO Admin with an Appointment Chit.
CRO office hours:
0730 - 1630 Monday - Friday
Pre-Work: UTC's will provide Marines the pre-work instructions provided by the installation's TRP staff, in preparation for the IC.
The Marine will submit pre-work to the installation's TRP staff to verify completion, in preparation for the IC meeting.
The standard pre-work requirements are:
1. DD Form 2648 - with Marine's signature
2. Self-Assessment / Individual Transition Plan (ITP)
3. Registration on VA.gov
4. Verification of Military Experience and Training (VMET)
5. Joint Services Transcript (JST)
