- Loan Locker Request FormAt Information Referral & Relocation, we run the Lending Locker program that supplies service members with household goods during the PCS process, both leaving and coming to MCAGCC. Items can be loaned out for 30 days. We have items such as kitchen goods, blow-up mattress, coffee pots, microwaves and more. Please stop by the IR&R office, call or email for more details and to being the process of loaning items.
